"Cardinal Home Inspection performed a home inspection on the home I was selling two years ago and I remembered how thorough they went through that house (they found things I didn't even know that I had). I told them that if I ever buy a house, I would defiantly use them! Well, in August I closed on my new dream home and Steve came out and did a wonderful job! I used Cardinal Home Inspection to help sell my house by ordering a pre inspection before I had a buyer. Once the buyers looked at the house, they called Cardinal and had them do a walk through to explain things to them and they signed that day. Thank You very Much for your help -- T.J. Janos

My home was a foreclosure and I was told by my Realtor that it was "as is" and that I could get an inspection but no matter what was found the bank would not fix anything. Well, the roof was shot and was leaking like a sieve! Once the Bank reviewed the home inspection report,they paid for a new roof. Thank You so much for your help! -- D. Ramos
